Article just published by Bike Europe. There’s not been a lot of commentary about this, although it was topic of discussion in the press and around the place during Taipei Cycle this year. Anyhow, many players have been waiting and watching, and in some cases, for those with heavy investments in China, feeling ok that their bets have been hedged. Good or bad for Taiwan? It could have the effect of strengthening Taiwan’s position as a producer of high end frames and components. I’ll be watching to see how this unfolds and try to come to a measured opinion of it as time permits.
